Our Story
Enneagram South was founded by Cindy Wiley and Ginger Jefferson, both Certified Teachers with The Narrative Enneagram. They met at an Enneagram workshop and discovered they were both completing their certification through the same program. They began teaching together and quickly realized they shared a deep commitment to bringing the Enneagram to individuals, nonprofits, and businesses as a practical tool for personal and professional growth.
What drew them to work together was the natural complement of their backgrounds. Ginger brings more than 40 years of experience in communications, marketing, and organizational work across corporate and nonprofit sectors. Cindy brings over 30 years in counseling, mental health, and spiritual direction. Together they offer something distinctive — a grounded, experienced, and whole-person approach to Enneagram teaching across Alabama and the South.
